» By commissioning me, you have read and fully understand my terms of service. «▸ Must be at least 18 years old to commission artwork.▸I, the Artist, own the intellectual property rights & copyrights to the art work(s) and any original design. The intellectual property rights of the existing characters drawn belongs to their respective owners▸ All commissions are only for personal and monetary use. This includes streaming or content creation purposes. If the art is to be for commercial use (printed merch etc.), please discuss with me.▸ I have the right to decline the request if a client is rude and inconsiderate. I will give a full refund if the commission is not completed.▸ When posting, please credit by tagging @MizuTwo on Twitter. DO NOT reproduce, sell, trace, claim my artwork as your own work.▸Do NOT edit, modify any of my artwork without consent▸ I do NOT accept my art to be used for NFTs or GenAI.▸ I will NOT accept commissions that have deadlines.▸ The turnaround time will depend on the commission type but is approximately 2-3 months after work has been started.▸ All prices are in USD.▸ I may decline your application if I feel I am unable to complete the request on a satisfactory level.

⌜Process⌟

▸ Discussion with what client wants and provision of visual reference (character, outfit, pose, emotions etc.)▸ Payment will be made through PayPal after confirmation of proposal.▸The sketch process commences. This part include major revisions on sketch.▸ Once sketch has been completed, line art / base colors process will commence. This part includes minor revisions before finalising artwork.▸ Once artwork is completed, a Google Drive link or ZIP file will be sent to the commissioner's provided email or through Twitter / Discord DMs / EMail .

⌜Use of My Artwork⌟

» All commissions include personal and monetized usage. There are additional costs for Commercial Usage. Listed below are what is included for each usage. » PERSONAL USAGE includes: → Profile pictures & Banners→ Social media posts→ Digital Wallpaper→ Physical prints (not commercial)» MONETIZED USAGE includes: → Streaming assets→ Reactive PNGTuber, Emotes etc.» COMMERCIAL USAGE includes: → Selling physical and / or digital merchandise→ Making profit» If you are unsure about what falls under personal, monetized and / or commercial usage, please do not hesitate to message me on Twitter/Discord DMs. Clients must credit artworks to the appropriate usernames on specific social media platforms:

⌜Refunds⌟

▸ A full refund will be issued if I have not started on the commission.▸ A partial refund can be made according to how much progress has been done on the art.
→ Not started: 100% refund
→ Sketch: 70% refund
→ Line-Art/Colour: 20% refund
→ Finished art: NO REFUND
