» By commissioning me, you have read and fully understand my terms of service. «▸ Must be at least 18 years old to commission artwork.▸ All commissions are only for personal use. This includes streaming purposes. If the art is to be for commercial use (merch etc.), please discuss with me.▸ If the commissioner is rude, inconsiderate, or impatient, I have the right to decline the request. I will give a full refund if the commission is not completed.▸ Please credit me by tagging @MizuTwo on Twitter. DO NOT reproduce, sell, trace, claim my artwork as your own work.▸ I do not accept my art to be used for NFTs.▸ All commission artworks will be streamed on my Twitch channel.▸ I will not accept commissions that have deadlines.▸ Approximate period to complete a request is between 1-2 months after work has been started.▸ All prices are in USD.▸ I may decline your application if I feel I am unable to complete the request.

⌜Process⌟
▸ Discussion with what the client wants and provision of visual reference (character, outfit, pose, emotions etc.)▸ A rough sketch will be made and sent to the client for changes.▸ Payment will be made through PayPal after the agreement on the final sketch. ▸ Once sketch has been finalised, lining/painting process will commence.▸ TThere will be one last time for 1 minor revision to the art before it is finalized.▸ Once the artwork is completed, the files will be sent to the commissioner's provided email or through Twitter/Discord DMs.
⌜Use of My Artwork⌟
» All commissions are for personal use only. This includes: → Streaming assets→ Social media account
icon/banner (non-commercial)→ Wallpaper for your phone/PC→ Print for personal use only» If you are unsure on what counts as commercial or personal use, this can be discussed within Twitter/Discord DMs. Clients must credit artworks to the appropriate usernames on specific social media platforms:

⌜Refunds⌟
▸ A full refund will be issued if I have not started on the commission.▸ A partial refund can be made according to how much progress has been done on the art.
→ Not started: 100% refund
→ Sketch: 80% refund
→ Line-Art/Colour: 50% refund
→ Finished art: NO REFUND

As of 16 January 2023, prices for emotes and stream alerts will be increased. Those who have been added to the waitlist before the date will pay with the old prices!
